I’m Kelly — the person behind In The Details. Before I began this business, I spent more than a decade working in the mental health field, supporting individuals and families during some of the most overwhelming and vulnerable moments of their lives. That work shaped how I show up in every home I enter today.

I learned that people don’t need judgment — they need support, patience, and someone who listens without making them feel embarrassed or “behind.” Cleaning is simply another form of care — one that can bring relief, calm, and a sense of reset when life gets heavy or busy.

My Philosophy

• No judgment, ever. Your home is a reflection of your life, not your worth.
• Move at your pace. Especially during emotional or transitional seasons.
• Safety and trust matter. I enter your space with respect and confidentiality.
• Non-toxic products only. Good for your home, your family, and the environment.
• Details make a home feel cared for. I look for the little things that create calm.

I approach every service — from basic cleaning to hoarding support — with care, clarity, and a grounding presence. You don’t need to clean before I arrive, and you don’t need to apologize. My role is to make things easier, not harder.

Why This Work Means Something to Me

I’ve seen how much a clean, reset space can impact someone’s emotional wellbeing. A clearer environment often makes room for clearer thoughts, better routines, and healthier coping. Whether someone is moving, healing, grieving, rebuilding, or just trying to keep up — the home becomes a foundation for stability.

My background in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and family support gives me a unique perspective. I don’t just “clean a house” — I support the human being who lives in it.
